DAY 6: Hoi An - Cooking class - City tour

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to the village of Tra Que. We begin our tour by visiting the vegetable farming village and the riverside ecological zone, where local residents raise shrimp and fish, and let buffalo graze in a peaceful, natural setting. Here, we will have the opportunity to participate directly in agricultural work alongside the farmers: digging the soil, leveling it, making furrows, sowing, and watering the vegetables. Afterward, we will relax with a foot massage using medicinal herbs grown in the village's own garden.

Next, we will learn the traditional craft of rice paper making, from soaking the rice and manually grinding it to experiencing how rice paper is handcrafted. Later, we will participate in a cooking class where we will learn how to prepare typical dishes from the region. Finally, we will enjoy the delicacies we have cooked with our own hands.

In the afternoon, we will explore the city. We will take a leisurely walk across the Japanese Covered Bridge and stop at Quan Thang Ancient House—one of the most authentic ancient houses in Hoi An, with lively and elegant architecture and sculptures made by artisans from the famous Kim Bong Carpentry Village in the Oriental style.

We will continue to Phuc Kien, or the Fujian Assembly Hall, built in the 17th century.
