To make a reservation, a deposit of the trip must be paid, which can be made through the OnePay account (with fees) or through bank transfer (bank fee borne by the payer).
Once we receive your deposit, we will assume that you have read, understood, and accepted all of our Terms and Conditions.

Note: Tour prices are based on the USD exchange rate. Any payment requests in EUR must be notified to AVEX VIETNAM TRAVEL and converted from USD to EUR at the time of deposit/payment.

The payment link will be provided via email as soon as you decide to book our tours or travel services.
Deposits made through your OnePay account are processed as follows: We connect with the OnePay Payment Gateway to send you an online payment link. All your card details are processed using the SSL protocol with the international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored in our system (Merchant).

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR LAND TOURS
POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN POR LOS TOURS TERRESTRES
In the event of cancellation by the Client/Agency, the Client undertakes to pay the following cancellation fees:
For trips to Vietnam or combined trips to Vietnam and Cambodia
| More than 45 days before the start of the trip | $50/person and the cost of flights if applicable |
| From 31 to 45 days before the start of the trip | 10% of the trip price and the cost of flights, if any |
| From 11 to 30 days before the start of the trip | 20% of the trip price and the cost of flights, if any |
| From 3 to 10 days before the start of the trip | 30% of the trip price and the cost of flights, if any |
| Less than 3 days and Travel in progress | 100% of the trip price and the cost of flights, if any |
For cancellations of trips to Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia or another country, please contact our consultants for more information.
This rule applies to all services booked by the Client through Avex Vietnam Travel. Avex Vietnam Travel will reimburse Clients by bank transfer, and the Client must pay all bank fees.
Note: In special cases involving health, war, pandemics, etc., we will discuss the best solution. In this case, it is mandatory to present a legal document detailing the reason for the annulment.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FLIGHTS
All cancellations of previously booked flights will have their own cancellation policies, provided by the individual airlines. These policies are based on the number of canceled tickets and the time of cancellation and may vary depending on the number of days remaining on those flights.
As a rule, and in response to possible future changes, the cancellation policy is as follows:
Domestic flights with Vietnam Airlines: $25 to $30 cancellation fee
Domestic flights to countries other than Vietnam: $50 to $60 cancellation fee
International flights between countries included in the tour: $50 to $60 cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION BY AVEX VIETNAM TRAVEL
Avex Vietnam Travel may cancel trips due to major issues related to politics, health, natural disasters, aircraft, etc. In all such cancellation cases, registrants are fully refunded but cannot claim any compensation.
Unused Services: No refunds or exchanges are made for accommodations, meals, excursions, transportation, or any other services included in the trip price. We will compile the trip documents after receiving the deposit and send confirmation email two to three weeks before arrival.
SERVICIOS NO UTILIZADOS
No se realizan devoluciones o cambios con respecto a alojamientos, comidas, excursiones, transportes o cualquier otro servicio, incluido en el precio del viaje, por los miembros del tour. Compilaremos los documentos del viaje después de recibir el depósito. Los enviaremos por correo electrónico dos o tres semanas antes de la llegada.
RESPONSIBILITY
Avex Vietnam Travel is committed to providing the client with all services mentioned in the program given by Avex Vietnam Travel. Throughout the trip, the client must responsibly comply with the rules announced by the guide or service provider. Avex Vietnam Travel is not responsible for anything not mentioned in the program.
Avex Vietnam Travel acts as an intermediary between the client and the service providers (airplane, hotel, transportation, restaurant, boat, etc.). Avex Vietnam Travel will do everything in its power to ensure the client’s satisfaction but should not confuse the services provided by Avex Vietnam Travel with the services provided by other providers, which in any case remain their own responsibility.
Avex Vietnam Travel, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, or agents, will not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay of persons or property, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any event beyond our control.
CONFLICT
Both parties (Avex Vietnam Travel and clients) agree to comply with the clauses. In the event of any problems, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution with hope, cooperation, and mutual respect. Should such negotiation and mutual understanding not be possible due to arguments, claims, or disputes, they shall be settled by arbitration through the Vietnam International Arbitration Center or the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted to our office in Hanoi by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 30 days of the end of services. Avex Vietnam Travel is not responsible for complaints received more than 30 days after the end of services.
VALIDITY
This information is valid at the time of publication but is subject to change without notice. However, if any changes occur, they will be posted on the website immediately. If the Terms and Conditions change after the deposit is paid, the terms and conditions under which the deposit was paid will apply.
